By installing, accessing, or using the Dark Mode for Google Docs & All Websites Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
The Extension is a browser tool that applies dark mode styling to websites you visit in Google Chrome. It modifies the visual appearance of web pages by injecting CSS stylesheets. The Extension does not modify, alter, or interfere with the underlying content, functionality, or data of any website.
Logic Fusion, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
The Extension offers both free and premium features. Free features are available to all users at no cost. Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing, features included in each tier, and subscription terms are displayed within the Extension and on the Chrome Web Store listing.
We reserve the right to change pricing, modify which features are included in the free and premium tiers, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
The Extension, including its design, code, visual assets, curated themes, and branding, is the property of Logic Fusion, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The Extension applies visual styling changes to third-party websites. We make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility, but we cannot guarantee that the Extension will work perfectly on every website. Some websites may render incorrectly, display visual artifacts, or experience functionality issues when dark mode is applied.
You acknowledge that:
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LOGIC FUSION, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL WEBSITES, BROWSERS, OR OPERATING SYSTEMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGIC FUSION, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE EXTENSION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logic Fusion, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Extension or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Extension will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when the updated Terms are posted. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Logic Fusion, LLC regarding your use of the Extension and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
